The ways to use pogo pin

 

(1) The pogo pin should be arranged so that the ejection force is as balanced as possible. The demolding force required for complex structures is large, and the number of sleeves should be increased accordingly.

(5) Avoid sharp-pointed steel, thin steel, especially the top surface of the pogo pin, and must not touch the front die surface.

 

(6) The pogo pin arrangement should consider the edge distance between the pogo pin and the water delivery channel to avoid affecting the processing and water leakage.

 

(7) Considering the exhaust function of the ejector pin, to discharge the ejector, the ejector pin should be placed in the part where a vacuum is easily formed. For example, despite the rubber part's small packing force, a vacuum tends to form at the large plane of the cavity, which leads to an increase in the release force.

 

(8) For plastic parts with appearance requirements, the pogo pin should not be placed on the design surface, and other spray methods should also be used.

 

(9) For transparent plastic parts, the pogo pin cannot be placed in the part that needs to transmit light.

 

(10) Choose a pogo pin with a larger diameter, good injection locations, larger diameter, and the size preferred pogo pin should be used.

 

(11) The pogo pin size should be as small as possible. pogo pins should be sized to minimize size and size, and the preferred size series should be used whenever possible.

 

(12) The selected pogo pin should meet the requirements of ejection strength. When ejecting, the pogo pin should bear a lot of pressure. To avoid the bending deformation of the small pogo pin, when the diameter of the pogo pin is less than 2.5MM, the pogo pin should be selected.
